My kids said they wanted sandwiches for dinner and I thought it was a great idea! I decided to make a family style sandwich to help save time rather than making individual sandwiches.
First, slice your ciabatta bread in half by cutting down the middle. Paint a bit of Olive Oil on each side of the bread. Toast the bread on a griddle pan; this is optional but highly recommended. While your bread is toasting, prepare the lettuce mixture. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, splashes of red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, pepperoncinis, and lettuce. Once the bread is ready, spread a layer of Chipotle mayo on the bottom half of the bread. Next, layer on your chosen cheeses (Cream Havarti, Cheddar Cheese). Then, layer on the meats (PitCraft Turkey, Deluxe Ham, and Genoa Salami). Add tomato slices, then top with the prepared lettuce mixture. Place the top half of the bread over the fillings and slice the large sandwich into however many servings you need. Serve with a pickle and your favorite chips.
