Easy homemade Pita chips? Yes, Please!

These can be made in a flash and are perfect for pita bread that needs to be used up. My homemade tzatziki sauce pairs beautifully with these chips as well.
1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a large sheet pan (do not line with parchment).
2. Cut each round of pita into 8 triangles using a knife or kitchen shears.
3. Split the pita triangles in half to make single pieces of pita. (Note: If using thick, single-layer pitas, you can skip this step. The author chose to grill without splitting to maintain bread integrity).
4. Brush the pita rounds with extra virgin olive oil and season with as much DanO’s Everything Bagel Seasoning as desired. Arrange the pita triangles on the prepared sheet pan.
5. Bake or Grill! Cook anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes, checking occasionally to turn over the pita triangles that have gained color, until they are crispy and golden brown to your liking. Keep a close eye on them as they can burn quickly. Serve with Hummus or Tzatziki sauce.
